Our Bootcamp is a four-week indoor program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this adventure is for you! We at New Day Bootcamp invite you to join a free Bootcamp class. The New Day Fitness Bootcamp is a cardio conditioning class with many benefits such as toning up and losing weight. Workouts consist of circuit training, core development, plyometrics, aerobics, yoga, pilate, and much more. Come and participate in one FREE Boot Camp session by registering now.
