Welcome
to New Day Yoga,
Our Studio is an inviting
space for adults and children located in Westport, Kansas City, MO. We are the
preferred place to give Yoga a try. Our clean, warm and inviting space features wood
floors, massage therapy, energy work, holistic shop, soft lighting, and inspiring musical
accompaniment to many of the classes.
We are offering variety of Yoga and
Pilate classes and specialize in those new to the practice of yoga. Our instructors
are dedicated to inspire and support you in finding the exact alignment in each yoga pose
that is right for you. As we energize and revitalize all systems of the body,
emotional and spiritual health follows.
The classes are conveniently timed
to fit almost everyone’s schedule and are held in our easily accessible studio with
plenty of parking space. We are located just one block East of State Line on the
corner of Bell and Westport with our entrance on Westport road.
You may join our yoga community at
any time, contacting us
first if you have questions. Feel free to check our Schedule for
information on our variety of classes and workshops by clicking here. We
also provide Private Yoga,
Fitness Instruction and Far-Infrared
Acupressure Massage by appointment. Please don't hesitate to look around our web
