Level 1 Classes
Recommended for beginners and above.

Private Yoga Instruction - Our highly trained yoga instructors will tailor a yoga training program to meet your specific needs. Whether you are a yoga beginner or looking to take your yoga skills to the next level, we will match you with a capable and qualified yoga teacher. Private yoga instruction is available for private, semi-private and group yoga classes.

Tai Chi -  $1.00 Class!!! This class utilizes Tai Chi and Qi Gong for health. Wear your everyday comfortable work clothes, be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. The perfect exercise before work, no sweat! Energize. Relax. Center. Designed for those of nearly any level of health or fitness, the fluid motions and mindful intentions of this practice encourage and facilitate the health-giving flow of blood, and of the vital energy the Chinese call “Qi”. Originally developed to increase internal strength for combat, Tai Chi and Qi Gong techniques also proved to enhance longevity, healing and peace of mind. Today it offers a variety of benefits including to; increase strength and balance, moderate metabolic processes, and reduce stress. Some form of this ancient practice has been part of the daily regime of many in China for centuries,and is now available for you too.

Meditation - Meditation or contemplation involves focusing the mind upon a sound, phrase, prayer, object, visualized image, the breath, ritualized movements, or consciousness in order to increase awareness of the present moment, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance personal or spiritual growth.  Meditation can benefit people who are ill or overwhelmed by stress.  It also promotes well-being in healthy people.  In general, people who meditate regularly experience less anxiety and depression.  They also report more enjoyment and appreciation of life, as well as better social relationships.  Meditation produces a state of deep relaxation and a sense of balance, or equanimity. 
This class is free when attending the class that immediately follows.

Gentle Hot Yoga - Influenced by the research of Bikram Choudhury, Gentle Hot Yoga is a series of 26 poses set in a specific sequence and performed in a heated room. This yoga is performed with synchronized deep rhythmic breathing and movement; linking traditional hatha yoga postures together in a sequenced order. Students work at their own level in each posture and will be shown variations as needed. Prior yoga experience is not required.  You’ll sweat out toxins, increase physical and mental strength, and create muscle-skeletal balance. Based on proven physiological responses of the human body to induce a state of deep quiet. Drink plenty of water the day of practice and after. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.

Level 2 Classes
Suitable for intermediate and advanced students. Moderate physical challenge based on your current level of fitness.

Core Pilates - 30 minutes of traditional abdominal and lower back strength movements exercises for the abs, obliques, and back muscles resulting in improved posture, increased balance and strengthening of muscles that are used in daily life activites.  Flexibility, injury prevention and stamina through core strengthening and flexibility exercises, as well as visualization methods.  Higher performance is achieved without adding unwanted bulk. Back pain is commonly reduced or eliminated. Core Pilates has been shown to speed recovery of most muscle and joint injuries.  In fact, Pilates was originally designed to assist injured patients. This class is free when attending the class that immediately follows.

Hatha Yoga - One of our most popular classes because it is great for beginners and those who are advanced in their practice. In Hatha Yoga we work with one asana (pose) at a time, with an emphasis on flexibility, balance and proper body alignment.  If your body is too tight, too stressed, overused and abused, Hatha is the place for you.

Gentle Hot Yoga II- This yoga is performed with synchronized deep rhythmic breathing and movement; linking traditional hatha yoga postures together in a sequenced order with sun salutations in between postures. Students work at their own level in each posture and will be shown variations as needed. Postures linked into a flow and held in a room heated to mid-ninety degrees. Drawing from Iyengar-inspired vinyasa (flow), this class includes focus on alignment and breath and often includes pranayama practice. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.

Hatha Flow - offers a truly unique yoga practice. It heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. It is dynamic, challenging program that combines strength, sweat and flexibility.  Our role is to guide students to make their practice their own and their intention personal. As is often said in class, “I am only here to be your guide. You know your body best, listen to it and follow your intuition.” This Hatha Flow brings unparalleled yoga experience…

Level 3 Classes  
Physically challenging, For the intermediate and advanced practitioner able to work on intermediate poses, backbends and inversions.

Yoga Pump - A combination of cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, core strength training and basic hatha yoga asanas creating a one of a kind fitness workout!   Achieve muscle tone and definition of the muscles in the body while you increase flexibility and cardivascular endurance.  

Ashtanga Based Vinyasa - This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures–a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Vinyasa -  yoga practiced focusing on core strength, balance and flow to build strength and stamina. A secular practice, Vinyasa or Dynamic Vinyasa honors the roots of yoga without imposing the preconceived spiritual practices of other programs. Our Vinyasa Yoga is unlike anything you’ve ever tried before.

Hot Vinyasa - This yoga is performed with synchronized deep rhythmic breathing and movement; linking traditional hatha yoga postures together in a sequenced order with sun salutations in between postures. Students work at their own level in each posture and will be shown variations as needed. Prior yoga experience is recommended, but not required. Postures linked into a flow and held in a room heated to mid-ninety degrees. Drawing from Iyengar-inspired vinyasa (flow), this class includes focus on alignment and breath and often includes pranayama practice. Challenging class open to all levels. Drink plenty of water the day of practice and after. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.
