As a child,
Angie was trained in various forms of dance and always focused on health and fitness. After graduating from Graceland University in 2004
she decided to pursue her passion for health and fitness.
She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports
Medicine and APEX, and holds her Primary Group Instructor certification from the Aerobic
Fitness Association of America. Angie
specializes in both weight loss clients and sport specific youth training. She enjoys coaching her clients through diet,
exercise, lifestyle, and behavioral changes, and motivating them to accomplish their
goals!
If you have
special needs or health concerns Angie will collaborate with your Doctor, Chiropractor,
Yoga Instructor, Coach, etc. to determine your limitations and weak and tight muscles. She will design a safe program specifically for
your needs and goals. Personal Training is a
wonderful way to maximize the benefits from your Yoga and Pilates classes!
